Our mission is to empower, educate and inform parent carers with the skills, knowledge and mindset to drive change for all children with a disability to be included in every aspect of society.
Seeing a need for energetic, non-profit work in SEND, we formed our organisation to provide information, support and training for individuals, SEND parents/carers, schools and companies that come into contact with children with special needs.
Product or Service
Xtra Potential CIC is a non-profit organisation delivering disability awareness training to businesses and SMEs. We reinvest our profits back in the community to provide inclusive activities and projects for families with children who have Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).
Social or Environmental Mission
We support special needs parents. We know it's challenging, frustrating and overwhelming. If you want a safe space with parents that get it we can help. We give you the confidence to get your voice heard, using strategies that work, and plan what to ask for.
By getting confident and believing in yourself, you know your child best, you can find happiness and help with support from what services are available in the East Midlands.
