Northampton Leisure Trust (NLT) was established as a not for profit company, limited by the guarantee of its members and has ‘Charitable Status’ (charities registration number – 1145613). 

Northampton Leisure Trust, branded as Trilogy Leisure, officially launched on 1st of April 2011, under the terms of a business transfer agreement with Northampton Borough Council (NBC) to manage the operation and development of its leisure facilities (Danes Camp Leisure Centre, Lings Forum Leisure Centre and Mounts Baths Leisure Centre), cultural cinema and Health & Wellbeing Development Team who deliver outreach work with Northampton’s diverse communities.  Since then the social enterprise has grown in size, taking on a number of additional facilities into its portfolio.
